Flavour Menu

Now the hardest part. Choosing your cake flavour! 

 

Although my favourite part is decorating and bringing your vision to life, I am just as passionate about creating something delicious. All cakes, cookies, and other sweets, are home baked using good quality and locally sourced ingredients. The texture of our cakes is lighter than a mud cake but denser than a sponge. 

 

Below is a list of the most popular flavour combinations and current menu for you to choose from. 

 

If you do, however, have a specific cake or buttercream flavour in mind, please advise this during the enquiry process, along with any possible allergen friendly options you may require.

Moist vanilla cake with classic vanilla bean buttercream

Chocolate cake layered with rich chocolate buttercream

CLASSIC CARAMEL

Caramel flavoured cake with caramel buttercream and a caramel dulce de leche swirl between layers

RED VELVET

Moist red velvet cake filled with vanilla buttercream

VANILLA PASSIONFRUIT

Moist vanilla cake with passionfruit buttercream and pulp layer

LEMON RASPBERRY RIPPLE

Vanilla sponge baked with fresh raspberries, layered with a zesty lemon buttercream

Vanilla lemon cake, soaked with a lemon syrup and layered with vanilla buttercream and a tangy lemon curd

BISCOFF

Biscoff flavoured sponge layered with Biscoff buttercream and drizzle

COOKIE DOUGH

Moist vanilla sponge, layered with vanilla buttercream and fresh cookie dough layers

COOKIES & CREAM

Moist vanilla sponge baked with Oreo pieces, layered with cookies & cream buttercream and crushed Oreos between layers

CARAMILK

Caramilk flavoured cake with Caramilk buttercream and shavings of Caramilk between layers

MARS BAR

Moist chocolate cake layered with fluffy caramel buttercream, caramel drizzle and chopped Mars Bars between layers

SNICKERS

Chocolate sponge cake with layers of chocolate buttercream, caramel drizzle and chopped peanuts

FERRERO ROCHER

Chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate buttercream, oozy Nutella and chopped hazelnuts
