Payment & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your order for your requested date. Until this has been made, your order is not confirmed and could potentially be void if other bookings arise during this time. Full payment of your order is made upon collection unless prepayment has been prearranged.

We understand things happen which may unfortunately impact your order. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible so we can try to accommodate your changes as best possible.

 

We are unable to accept cancellations of orders within two weeks (14 days) of your order date. In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund depending on the amount of work that has already been completed, or possibly reschedule depending on the progress made. If a cancellation is made within this time, there will be no refund of your deposit and additional cancellation costs may apply. This will depend on the amount of notice you give, and the amount of work already completed at the time of the cancellation.

No changes or reductions to your order will be accepted within one week (7 days) of your order date. If you advise of a cancellation within 7 days, the entire cost quoted to you will be payable.

COVID-19 cancellations or changes: 

In the event myself or a member of my household contracts COVID-19, I will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss possible options for your order.

If a COVID-19 situation does sadly impact your order, please contact us as soon as you can to discuss your plans. Our cancellation policy for bookings affected by COVID-19 or lockdowns are in line with our standard cancellation policy, although we will try to accommodate where possible.

Providing work has not already started, we may be able to; 

• Reschedule your order to a new date within the next 6 months. 

• Reduce your order to accommodate lower guest numbers 

 

All cancellations must be made in writing by email.
